20 lemons
chile pepper
1 big onion (red or white)
2 tbsp chopped coriander
salt and white pepper
boiled corn on the cob
boiled sweet potatoes

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CEVICHE
Wash the fish several times in salt water and rinse in clean water. Cut it into small squares and place them in a bowl; add the juice from the lemons, salt, and white pepper. All the fish must be covered with the lemon juice. Let it rest. In the meantime, chop the onion in fine slices, as well as the chili; and add them to the fish for them to be covered with the lemon juice as well
